Ok, here's the tutorial, you can play two cards a turn,

Goods go on the table, haggles are played once and gone.

The goal is to get a card's value as high as possible by the time the enemy runs out of cards, then you sell that card for it's value and remove it from the table (and your deck in the full game). This repeats two more times and then it ends (it doesn't actually end yet, but that's the idea of when it should end, right now it just stops drawing cards for the enemy.)
